I Got a Haircut Today — But Should I Keep the Pink? 💗
It was one of those all-day errand runs — and I am not going to pretend I did not love every single minute of it. Haircut first, then picking up Jon, then running Hannah to her hair appointment, a completely unavoidable Publix stop, and lunch at the most perfect little Cuban restaurant in Tampa. This is what Wednesdays look like at the Longstreth house.
I got my ends trimmed up nice — bye little split ends, don’t let the door hit you. And then came the real question of the day: the pink. I have been rocking pink streaks in my hair for a while now and I genuinely do not know how much longer I want to do it. I kind of love it. I also kind of don’t know. My family was no help. So I am putting it to you — should I keep the color? Drop your vote in the comments because I am taking this seriously.
After the hair situation we landed at El Jefe Cafe, a great little Cuban restaurant here in Tampa. My friend got a café con leche — absolutely the right call — and we both got Cuban sandwiches. I also got a deviled crab because I have exactly zero self control when deviled crab is on the menu. Jon was in the backseat being Jon, which means he was perfect. We stopped at Publix because of course we did. And then Bible class. A full, good, loud, happy Wednesday.
These are the days I want to remember. The errands, the car snacks, the random Publix runs, the Cuban food, the pink hair debate — all of it. Follow along for more real family life and crowd-friendly recipes at StephanieCooksForACrowd.com.
