One Million Views on Instagram — I’ve Never Been Popular, But Apparently My Chicken Is

One million views on Instagram, y’all. I have to say that again because I still cannot believe it. One. Million. Views. I have never been the popular one — ask anyone who knew me in high school — but apparently my Poppy Seed Chicken has opinions about that. And I am not going to argue with it.

I filmed this little thank you from my car because that is just my life, and I want you to know it came from the most genuine place in my heart. I started this little corner of the internet to share the food I make for my people — my husband Jason, our five kids, the friends who end up around our table more nights than not. I was not trying to go viral. I was not trying to be an influencer. I was just cooking and sharing and hoping somebody out there found it useful.
