1,000 Followers on Instagram — Thank You With All My Heart!
Y’all. ONE THOUSAND followers on Instagram. I need a Diet Coke and a moment. 🥤 I genuinely did not see this coming — at least not this fast — and I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I just had to sit down and say thank you. From my heart to yours.
When I started this little corner of the internet back in August, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew I loved to cook, I loved my people, and I had a lot of opinions about food. What has happened since then — the recipes, the sourdough drama, the kittens stealing every basket in the house, all the beautiful chaos that is the Longstreth house — has been the most fun I have had in a long time. And it is entirely because of YOU.
Thank you for pulling up a chair. Thank you for cooking with me. Thank you for following along on the sourdough journey even when Willy and Nilly broke my heart. Thank you for loving Dustin and Eddie almost as much as they love themselves. And thank you for being the kind of audience that makes me want to show up every single day.
I hope you will keep tuning in — because I am just getting started, and I promise to keep having fun if you keep watching. ❤️
If you found me on Instagram, come find me everywhere else too! I am @stephaniecooksforacrowd on TikTok and YouTube — new content every single day. And if you shop on TikTok, my TikTok Shop is live with products I actually use in my kitchen.
And if you want to see the exact tools and products I use every day in my kitchen, head over to my Shop My Kitchen page — everything is linked there so you can grab exactly what you see in my videos.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There is always room at my table — and I am so glad you found it. 🍴
UPDATE — April 4, 2026
Y’all. When I posted this on March 31st and said thank you for 1,000 followers, I meant every single word. My whole heart was in that video.
I had no idea what was about to happen.
It is April 4th — just four days later — and I am sitting here absolutely beaming because we are now over 7,000 followers on Instagram. Seven thousand. I could not stop smiling when I saw that number. I grabbed a Diet Coke, sat down at my kitchen table, and just took a minute to let it sink in, because I genuinely do not take any of this for granted.
And if you want to know what happened — it was the Poppy Seed Chicken. That little casserole that I’ve been making for years and years and years has now been viewed over 650,000 times. You did that. You shared it, you cooked it, you tagged me, you sent it to your people — and somehow it reached more tables than I ever imagined possible when I was just standing in my kitchen filming on my phone.
I am so grateful. So genuinely, completely grateful. This community is something special and I do not take a single one of you for granted.
So here is what I want to say: tell me what you want to see. What recipes do you want me to make? What parts of family life do you want me to share? What questions do you have about cooking for a crowd? You showed up for me in the biggest way, and I want to keep showing up for you. Let me know in the comments — and there is always room at my table, so bring a friend. 🍴
