POV Converse Store Didn’t See Us Coming — Outlet Mall Haul for 7
POV Converse store didn’t see us coming — and honestly, neither did my wallet. 😂 We were out doing some spring break outlet mall shopping when we walked into the Converse store and discovered they were running a 50% off sale on almost everything in the store. Now, our kids know the rule: clearance aisle only. That’s always been the deal at the outlet mall. But on this particular day, a huge portion of the store was fair game — and we took full advantage. We walked out with 10 pairs of Converse shoes for the whole family, and Jason wants you to know that all 10 pairs came to $259 with tax. He did the math. He is very proud. I am not going to argue with him because honestly? For a family of 7, that is a spectacular deal and we are all going to look very cute in our Converses. 👟
Our kids have grown up knowing that outlet mall shopping comes with one non-negotiable rule — you only look at the clearance section. That rule has served us well over the years. It keeps expectations in check, keeps the budget under control, and honestly, the clearance section at Converse is always stacked with good stuff anyway. So when we walked in and found out almost the entire store was 50% off, let’s just say the kids were very, very happy with us that day.
We have seven people in our family, and everyone wears shoes (shocking, I know), so finding a deal like this when we’re all together felt like a little gift. We tried on, debated, and eventually landed on 10 pairs — and yes, we bought 10 pairs. One almost-pair had to sit next to the stack in the photo because the tower would have completely collapsed otherwise, and I just thought that was very on-brand for this family. We cannot even make a shoe photo look normal.
Jason is the numbers guy in this house, and he has been telling anyone who will listen that we got 10 pairs of name-brand shoes for $259 out the door including tax. For a family our size, that kind of deal does not come along every day, and we are going to enjoy every single step in these shoes. If you are a fan of a good deal and you have never made the Converse outlet store part of your spring break (or any-time) routine, I highly recommend it. Stick to the clearance section, wait for a sale, and bring your whole family. You might just walk out with 10 pairs. 😂
