Most nonstick pans are shallow and you are constantly worried about things spilling over the edge. This one holds a full pound of pasta with sauce, a big batch of taco meat, or a stir fry for seven people without any drama. I have used it for pastas, tacos, stir fry, and bacon, and nothing — nothing — has stuck to it yet.
