Equipment

Pizza Stone These bake SO MUCH better on stoneware. If you don't already have some, this is moderately priced piece.

Farberware Mixing Bowls These are my favorites -- part of my kitchen essentials!

Hand Mixer A good solid hand mixer can get the job done -- eventually ;)
Method Start Cooking
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, green chilies, cheddar cheese, onion, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Unroll crescent rolls. Place 2–3 Tbsp of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll.
- Fold up the two corner sides of the wide end, then wrap the pointed end around the filling. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Notes
A rotisserie chicken makes this incredibly easy — use half for this recipe and save the rest for another meal.
Make ahead: assemble unbaked, refrigerate, and bake right before your guests arrive. You can use 16–24 crescent rolls depending on how much filling you want per roll-up.
