Don't Want to Plan? I Got You.Every Saturday I share a full week of dinners, sides, and a dessert — with the grocery list already done. Come grab this week's Weekly Meal Plans!
Method Start Cooking
- Steep. Place the dried lavender in a heatproof cup. Pour the boiling water over it, cover, and steep at least 10 minutes, or until completely cool.
- Sweeten. In a large pitcher, stir the lime juice and sugar together until the sugar dissolves.
- Combine. Strain the cooled lavender tea into the pitcher (discard the lavender). Add 5–6 cups cold water and stir well.
- Adjust. Taste — add a little more water if it's too tart, a little more sugar if you'd like it sweeter.
- Serve. Pour over ice and garnish with lime slices and lavender ice cubes.

Notes
- Make-ahead: Keeps covered in the fridge up to 5 days; stir before serving, garnish at the last minute.
- Lavender ice cubes: Freeze a lavender blossom or thin lime slice into each cube well — pretty, and they don't water the drink down.
- Use culinary/food-grade lavender only — never ornamental or florist lavender.
- Naturally caffeine-free, so the kids can have a glass too.
