Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked chicken baked, grilled, or fried — I fry thin chicken cutlets, cut into strips
- 1-2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
- ¾ cup Caesar salad dressing divided
- ¾ cup Shaved Parmesan cheese
- 6 Large burrito-size tortillas
- Croutons optional
- cooked bacon crumbles optional

Method Start Cooking
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
- Lay a large tortilla flat and layer on chicken strips, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and shaved Parmesan.
- Roll up tightly and cut in half.
- No-wrap version: slice the chicken over a small Caesar salad and serve as a plate with a baked potato.
